If you enroll in our SMS/MMS program, the program is subject to our SMS Terms. Message frequency varies; msg & data rates may apply.

Payments (if any) are processed by third-party providers. You authorize charges to the payment method you provide and agree to applicable terms of our payment processor.

5) Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials are owned by Sigma South or its licensors and are protected by law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the services as permitted by these Terms.

6) Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, and availability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sigma South and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

8) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sigma South from claims arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason. You may stop using the services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

10) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated “Last Updated” date.

11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflicts of law rules. Venue lies in state or federal courts located in Florida.
