1) Program Description

3) Eligibility & Geographic Scope
- You must be 18+ and the authorized subscriber of the phone number you enroll.
- Program intended for U.S. mobile subscribers; availability may vary by carrier and region.
4) Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content
You agree to use the Program lawfully and respectfully. Sigma South prohibits sending or soliciting content that violates law, carrier policies, or industry standards (including CTIA and TCPA). Prohibited examples include:
- Illegal, harmful, deceptive, or fraudulent activity; phishing or malware.
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, or incitement to violence.
- Sexually explicit content or exploitation.
- Promotion or sale of controlled substances (including cannabis/THC) where prohibited by carriers (e.g., U.S. carriers via Twilio).
- Alcohol, firearms, or tobacco marketing without lawful age-gating and required controls.
- Gambling, loans/lead-gen, or similar sensitive categories without explicit, documented consent and carrier-compliant vetting.
- Third-party list messaging or purchased/harvested numbers without prior express consent.
Sigma South may suspend or terminate messaging that appears non-compliant or abusive.
5) Consent & Recordkeeping
- We honor industry-standard keywords and maintain consent/opt-out records as required by law and carrier policy.
- You agree that enrolling constitutes authorization to message the number you provide until you opt out.
6) Delivery, Availability, and Carriers
- Delivery may be delayed or unavailable due to network congestion, carrier filtering, handset settings, or other factors.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7) Privacy
We use Twilio as our SMS processor to deliver messages and store delivery metadata. For how we collect, use, and protect data, please review our Privacy Policy.
8) Changes to the Program or Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Program, or update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
